Condition 4 is proposed to be amended to the following wording;
The extended hours hereby approved shall not be implemented until the measures identified within the Management Plan received on 28.04.2026 are fully in place. The development shall operate fully in accordance with the Management Plan thereafter.
Reason: In the interests of protecting the amenity of neighbouring residents and to comply with Policies DM20 and DM40 of the City Plan Part Two.
The applicant has provided a Management Plan prior to the committee meeting. The plan satisfactorily addresses the comments of the Environmental Health and contains effective measures to ensure the additional operating hours would not result significant harm to the amenity of neighbouring residents. |
