The applicant has provided a Management Plan prior to the committee meeting. The plan satisfactorily addresses the comments of the Environmental Health and contains effective measures to ensure the additional operating hours would not result significant harm to the amenity of neighbouring residents.

A total of 4 individual objections have been received (rather than 3 as previously stated in the committee report), with some representations comprising multiple submissions from the same individuals.
	267 Old Shoreham Road	BH2025/00019	Update to Representations Since production of the Officer Report 15 further supports and 10 further objections have been received which raise no new material issues which have not already been considered. 1 comment neither supporting or objecting has also been received stating that no objection to development but only subject to satisfactory road improvements.
	23 Byron Street	BH2025/02640	Update to Representations Since production of the Officer Report 1 further representation has been received objecting to the proposal for the following reasons: - Additional traffic and parking - Noise impact - Detriment to property values This comment raises no new material issues which have not already been considered.
